We needed to sell our home in order to have the rest of the down payment for our new home. Diana guaranteed that we would be able to sell our home to get the rest of the funds we needed for the new house. She put the home for sell as is at 5pm on a Monday evening and we had 6 people call and schedule a walk through for the next night. Ended up with 8 people and 8 offers on Tuesday. She was on top of everything to make sure that it sold.
